Navytown,
you are a genius!
wife says she always thought the wt said that anyone alive at armageddon that did not get a chance to hear kingdom message may survive?
true?
references?.

so two big changes in the org were announced in the most recent agm.. local needs part is replaced by "how do you know the truth" where all members will tell their experience (oh what fun).
basic pioneer role 10 only hours a month required (see, jehovah lightens our load, therefore he loves only us)!.
it seems like they have really turned up the heat here.
yeah, yeah, it all makes sense now. With those watchtower studies last year of ''doing something which may not seem reasonable from a human standpoint'' or to that effect, yeah, yeah, I get it now. Those songs about ''always ready to obey'' , or '' listen obey and be blessed'' I get it now. They were simply beating it into the flock about doing whatever they are told. This will include mandatory testimonials from the flock including more leverage from the elders to meet 10 hrs a month, or be labelled as an apostated.
yeah, yeah, I get it now, it just all makes sense. Repetitive music songs like ie, ''obey'', ''obey'', ''obey and be blessed''. Music is a very, very powerul tool when it's drummed into your head almost every meeting by who you believe is God inspired. They were merely drumming up the emotions of the flock to follow more and more instructions. I get it now, yeah, it just is starting to make sense now, it's almost scary, or creepy or something.. yeah, it's starting to make sense
the article "why we must be holy" ties in obedience as being holy.
there is a subheading in this article that states " prove yourselves holy by being obedient".
par 9 quotes three brothers who had some conflicts, but they went along with the org.
oh, if the Borg is exposed, I can imagine there being suicide, after suicide, after suicide... would be terrible.
the annual meeting of the governing body of jehovah's witnesses will be in october 2014.. .. in november 2013, just after the last one they published this now famous statement in the 15th of november 2013 watchtower page 16 paragraph 17 says:.
"at that time, the lifesaving direction that we receive from jehovahs organization may not appear practical from a human standpoint.
all of us must be ready to obey any instructions we may receive, whether these appear sound from a strategic or human standpoint or not.".
yeah, I've been told by CO's and DO's over the last few months that there is a ''whopper'' coming down the pipe, they didn't say what time frame, but it would shake the ground to the average dub,lol
I agree that 100 years of kingdom rule and little or nothing happening will of course cause a tide of doubt and the Governing Body has to implement some kind of curb to prevent that from happening.
very creepy
you don't say why you are inactive.. if you can control your tongue and not blurt out anything you have learned about ttatt, then perhaps no harm in agreeing to a visit if you feel the need to be polite and cooperative.
no doubt, they will inquire as to why you are inactive.. don't you know it's the truth(tm)?.
don't you know the end(tm) is close?.
you don't owe them anything, btw

i would just lie to them and avoid them by pretending like you have the flu during the week, that way any family can verify that to the CO and DO

what I've experienced is be as evasive as possible. make yourself scarce as possible. should they keep insisting, make up something why you can't meet with them.
i have become more observant at the last couple district conventions of jws faces and enthusiasm and it seems to be very somber.
i remember a couple of years ago i was an attendant at one of the upper sections at the blue cross arena in rochester, ny and in afternoon session at least half were curled up with their eyes closed, some with blankets.
the applause seems very forced and mechanical.
yeah, sometimes I pounded back 3 or ever 4 beers in my car during the last half hour before the afternoon session, without eating since breakfast, lol. Needless to say I had plenty of Halls candy or Speermint gum to chew on while going back. It was a nice relaxing afternoon as you can imagine, made sure I had a seat handy close to a washroom too.

what I used to do was this, before the assembly I would stock-up on beer. I would by one of those little coolers which would hold 3-large beer cans at once. I would fill that little cooler with ice and 3-large beer before leaving the hotel before the convention for the morning. Then when noon came along, I would take a stroll out to my car then just pound those beer during lunch. I would make sure I had enough gum with me before going back in,lol, helped to pass the rest of day, you know,
